My practice is grounded in Positive psychology coaching, a science-based form of coaching aimed at helping clients set and achieve their goals to flourish and thrive in their lives. The coaching is action-oriented, with motivation pulled by the preferred future.
A great client-coach relationship hinges on fit and client commitment. I always start with a free call, so we can get a sense of what it’s like to work together. In that call, we begin to dig into what you want to achieve and why. You do not need to know the answer to those questions, but you must bring a burning desire to make a change and a willingness to work for it.
