My truth
I firmly believe in our ability to make changes and not only to survive but to thrive from them. I feel that creating intentional changes in life builds our resilience, increases our creativity and sustains our aliveness, to eventually contribute to our happiness.
I myself have made quite a few big changes in my life… I moved from living in the big city to a village and then moved a country. I have changed careers, habits and hobbies by adding intention to my life through yoga and meditation.
I also believe in our ability to take responsibility for our lives, and reclaim control over them by making a conscious choice to take an active approach rather than waiting for things to happen. And I am genuinely trying to live accordingly. I always knew that I was looking for more than just putting my skills to use. I aspired to find a sense of purpose and have a small impact on people’s well-being and the world’s greater good. So, I went on a self-exploration journey, eventually leading me to Positive Psychology coaching.
It was exactly what I was looking for – a combination of verified science with practical coaching tools. With Positive Psychology coaching you can create a life of purpose and intention, a fulfilling life that aligns with your values and aspirations.
I have complete faith that every person, in any life circumstance, can use Positive Psychology to help themselves start living their best life and I will be happy to guide you through it.
